All information we provide to you comes to us directly from the Seller. We work with you throughout your due diligence process
to ensure that you and your advisors have all the requisite materials and documentation at your disposal. The docmentation we
typically obtain for you includes copies of leases, franchise agreements, financial statements and tax returns that you will
require to make informed purchasing decisions and to obtain necessary financing from your bank or the SBA.
In the event you do not have a CPA, business attorney or other qualified professional to assist you with your due diligence
and analysis we maintain a highly screened network of competent and qualified business "due diligence" professionals, and we are
happy to refer you to any of these members. We also have strong relationships with several SBA lenders, and
an excellent working knowledge of the process needed to successfully obtain such funding. These sources can assist you in
obtaining your financial pre-qualification prior to making an offer to purchase or entering into escrow to complete the sale.
We always urge you to work closely with your attorney and/or accounting professional, in order to validate and further qualify
any business you are considering for purchase. The Chase Group takes no responsibility for any buying decision based on the
information we provide to you, the Buyer, since qualifying and verifying the information is something that you and your counselors
must thoroughly perform. We will provide whatever we can to you and your counselors, lenders and others who will assist you with
your own due diligence process.
