that may be in the marketplace. To maintain your confidentiality intense personal care is put into identifying and qualifying
potential buyers before any detailed information is released. We limit our listings to maximize the amount of time and attention
each Broker devotes to your listing.
BROKER COOPERATION: Unlike residential real estate agents, many business brokers do not share commissions with
their competition, or even encourage other brokers to work with them on selling their listings. Chase Group believes this does a
disservice to their Clientele and to the industry in general. We gladly share listings and commissions with any and all responsible
business brokers that 1) share our commitment to protect your confidentiality, and 2) may have a potential buyer. To safeguard
your confidentiality we generally insist on control of the situation, but we do so in a respectful and professional manner to
create a productive and cooperative working relationship with other quality brokers. This practice sets us apart from the
competition, and has the potential of tremendously increasing the visibility to potential buyers.
COSTS: There are never any up-front fees for our listing services. Our initial consultation and interview are
done without any obligation. If your business does not sell, we do not get paid. Commission rates vary based on the size and
complexity of the purchase terms, but we are typically lower than the competition. We know you have many choices and options,
and our goal is to have all our Clients become clients for life via future referrals and good word-of-mouth. We also do not
charge any administrative fees, advertising fees or other marketing fees outside of our agreed-upon commission.
