There are many types of business valuations that cover different situations and circumstances. The Chase Group offers Five Primary Valuation packages: Value Snapshot, Value Analysis, Limited Formal Valuation, M&A Valuation and IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60 Valuations.
All valuations are completed by nationally certified Valuation Analysts. Final reports typically contain data, analysis and sourcing references spanning about 60 pages, and are thoroughly detailed. Depending on the circumstances, size and legal structure of the company, valuation reports may reach upwards of 200 pages.
